Personal Trainers are certified and follow our company structured procedures to ensure that our Clients exceed their fitness goals. The program begins with a detailed orientation that includes a detailed body analysis and body measurements. The most important part of this process is discussing the goals of the Client. We need to establish clear goals with very determined short term objectives.
These goals will be written by the Client on the orientation sheet and signed. We believe that when a Client writes down their goals and sets specific dates it becomes very important.
